Orders are shipped from our Amsterdam location and are processed within 24 hours. Customers in the Netherlands can anticipate delivery on the next working day following shipment. You'll receive step-by-step updates on your delivery directly to your mailbox.

For shipping costs, they will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we currently do not provide worldwide shipping. If your country is not available in the options, don't hesitate to email us to inquire about shipping possibilities to your location.

RETURNS

At MIMPI, our aim is to provide you with exceptional products that you love. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. 

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. Please be aware that it is important to notify us via email about your intention to return. If we receive your goods after the 14-day period without prior notification, we regret that we will be unable to accept your return. Note: custom-made items and samples are non-returnable.

Please follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: To start the return process, please send an email to our customer support team with your name, order number, and 'return' in the email subject. It's essential to request a return in this manner to ensure a smooth process and guarantee your refund.

Step 2: When preparing your return, place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging or a protective bubble envelope/box to prevent any damage during transit. We cannot accept items that have been damaged during return. Additionally, include a note with your name and email so we can easily identify your return.

Step 3: Take your return to your local post office. Please be aware that return costs are not covered by MIMPI. To protect your return, we recommend using a shipping method with a track and trace code. MIMPI is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
